Having problem selling in Fremont Mission area – walking distance from MSJ High – any advice?

As we all know, Mission is a very desirable area but the home has to be priced right. Buyers are very smart and will do their homework before selecting an area to see homes. If you are asking more than market value because it is in the Mission San Jose area, it will not be possible to sell. That is the biggest selling criteria. IT MUST BE PRICED RIGHT!!!

You need to make sure you get plenty of internet exposure. This is a time where buyers are looking for a home on the internet and you home needs to be on as many sites as you can possibly get it.

The condition of the home needs to be good too. If it is a fixer upper, there is a market for that also but the price needs to reflect that. However, if it is in good condition, maybe you need to have a stager look at it and see if staging may be needed.
